Privacy policy
This policy describes the ANDEX Quote Tools add-on and its owner-run quote service, provided by Andex Kitchens and Custom Woodworking.
Information used
The add-on reads your verified Google account email to check that you are an approved team member. It reads and edits information in the active ANDEX quote, including customer and job details, rooms, cabinet selections, dimensions, costs, prices, custom items, contractor controls and quote options.
The owner-run service processes requested quote operations and exports. Its records can include the acting account, quote and folder identifiers, requested operation and inputs, timestamps, temporary request proofs, status and result links. These records support access checks, retry recovery and troubleshooting.
Why the information is used
Information is used to create and manage the requested quotes, calculate and present quote options, generate PDFs, enforce file protections and approved-account access, and diagnose failures. The add-on does not read Gmail messages or contacts.
Storage and access
Quote spreadsheets, PDFs and service records are stored in Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script resources controlled by ANDEX. Google hosts and processes the data as the service provider. Access depends on the relevant ANDEX file permissions and approved-account list.
The staff add-on requests access to the current spreadsheet, its interface and the user's email. The separate service requests broader Drive and Sheets access from its owner to create files, validate access, maintain protections and export PDFs. ANDEX restricts service operations to approved quote files and accounts.
Sharing and human access
ANDEX shares quote files and output with the people authorized for the job and provides access to team members as needed for quoting and support. The add-on does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send quote data to an AI model provider. Information is not transferred to unrelated third parties by this build.
Authorized ANDEX staff may access quote data for the requested business work or troubleshooting. Google may process service logs and account data under its own service terms.
Retention and deletion
Quote files and PDFs remain in ANDEX-controlled Google storage until ANDEX deletes them under its recordkeeping practices. Operational records are retained as needed to maintain quote numbering, prevent duplicate work and resolve failures; temporary request proofs expire according to the service's configured time limits. Expiration of a request does not necessarily delete its operation record.
Contact andrew@andexkitchens.com to request access, correction or deletion. ANDEX will review requests and identify any records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. Removing the add-on does not delete existing quotes.
Your choices
You can uninstall the add-on or revoke its access through your Google Account. This stops future authorized use but does not automatically remove files already created. Contact ANDEX to remove team access or address stored quote data.
Google API Limited Use
ANDEX Quote Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
