Using the add-on
Sign into Google with your approved ANDEX account.
After installation is available, authorize ANDEX Quote Tools and open an approved quote.
Choose Extensions → ANDEX Quote Tools for rooms, options, custom items, quote checks and PDFs.
Authorization messages
Each Google account authorizes the shared add-on. New quotes use that same installation. Google may ask again after access is revoked, permissions change or a testing authorization expires. During development, use only the separately provided test files.
Account or file not approved
Confirm that you are using the intended Google account and an ANDEX quote. Contact Andrew to check team access. Do not move a live quote into the test folder to try to enable it.
Reporting an issue
Describe the action, time and error message. Include a quote link only when the recipient is authorized to access it. Never send passwords, authorization codes or temporary request links. Use a fictional example or redact customer details in screenshots.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the same email for privacy, access, correction and deletion requests. See the privacy policy.
